Check back in March 2025 for the future rates for transferred Post-9/11 GI Bill (Chapter 33) benefits. This page will list rates for the academic year from August 1, 2025, to July 31, 2026. We’ll provide rates for tuition, housing, and books and supplies.

Find out if you can transfer any of your unused Post-9/11 GI Bill benefits to your spouse or dependent children.
If you’re a spouse or dependent child of a Veteran or service member, you may be able to use transferred education benefits for your classes and training.
If the Department of Defense has approved a service member’s request to transfer benefits to their dependent, the dependent can apply online to use benefits.
